Autoimmune, Immune, Inflammation & allergy
Inflammation is a biological response of body’s immune system to injuries and foreign organisms that enter the body. Body's white blood cells quickly react to the damaged area and fix the problem.
Autoimmune diseases occur when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own tissues. Normally, the immune system defends against harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses. However, in autoimmune conditions, it targets healthy cells, leading to inflammation and damage. Examples include psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and multiple sclerosis. These diseases can affect various parts of the body and often require long-term management to control symptoms and prevent complications.
